Corporate catering during the holiday season is always such a treat! 

I had a great time providing catering services for the Christmas employee lunch at MHC Kenworth in Nashville, Tennessee. 

As a national provider of heavy and medium trucks, MHC Kenworth Nashville has many employees who keep the wheels turning (pun intended!). After being contacted by management to cater this event for a group of hungry, hard-working men and women, I knew I would need two things: 

• A LOT of food 
• A LOT of help 

The client and I decided on setting up a taco bar, which my staff and I served during a two-hour lunch period.
